I had COVID this winter. I had a pretty high temperature for two days, around 39+ degrees Celsius, and then it just suddenly dropped. I guess it was a quick and strong immune reaction because of the vaccine — it helped to recover fast. I had a cough that lasted for a couple of weeks though.
