I somehow managed to match with my first and only partner on tinder, but i see how people around me are having hard time dating. It’s not easy to go beyond being transactional and superficial these days because we’re all hooked on those quick satisfactions that eventually leave us pretty dissatisfied 😅me and my partner don’t really have many close friends, however, because of that.

You’re totally right that your value on relationship market is determined by very specific, often discriminatory/unrealistic things, and those things can get even more specific and oppressive depending on what group of people you’re trying to get acquainted with.

My solution?
Don’t force yourself to get acquainted with anyone.

Befriend trees, lakes, sunrays, squirrels, and — the best of all — befriend yourself! Maybe the rest will follow 😉
