Yes, I understand everything you say.. it's very interesting what you said about how the war is distancing you from your self. That's so true in the sense that we have other inspirations in life and we would like to switch our attention to those things we enjoy, but the war is a space where following your aspirations is incredibly hard so you focus your efforts on somehow processing this abnormal reality and voicing your dissent in hope that that could somehow contribute towards faster resolution of it.

I hope our efforts are not futile. I definitely think that writing about the war helps us to process it and understand it and the role we play in it right now — make informed choices about what we do and think.
