Yes, it’s being seriously discussed by many Ukrainian and Russian commentators. They, however, say that the the benefit of blowing it for Russian forces is somewhat ambiguous because it will flood the other side of the river more than the one where Ukrainian forces are standing. Maybe they would do that if they have to retreat further South towards Crimea?
