Yes, of course, we have libraries here) I think it's the same as with most other European countries but I personally don't know how popular they are now. Some people told me they take books from libraries. I guess I should go and explore that 😄 I know there are some beautiful libraries in Kyiv, architecturally, but I haven't visited any of them yet.
